Shipping policy


Trades: 10 days from date of delivery in like-new condition with no visible wear. The buyer should pay for the return shipping cost if it is not covered by our warranty against manufacturing defects and the exchange is not due to our error.


If for any reason you are not satisfied with the order you receive, please contact us.


NB: This warranty fully covers manufacturing defects. However, it does not cover:


  1. Damage caused by accident
  2. Bad care
  3. Normal wear
  4. Decomposition of colors and materials due to sun exposure
  5. Secondary market changes

No return / exchange for products exposed to water will be accepted.

Damaged / Low Quality Item


For the fastest resolution, please include a photo showing the poor quality or damaged area of the item. The most optimal images are on a flat surface, with the label and error clearly displayed. We will use this information to help you with your order and to eliminate errors in the future.

Custom Products


The above exchange and return policy does not apply to custom-made products. All of our bespoke products are created wholly or in part on the basis of information specific to each individual customer and therefore have no resale value. As a result, we don'tWILL NOT ACCEPT the return of these products unless they are damaged. In this case, please make your complaint within 10 days of receiving your products by emailing us at and attaching photos of the products and proof of purchase.
